Faith Letters are mailed out on or around the 1st of each month. Most U.S. subscribers receive their letter within 3–8 business days after mailing, while international delivery times may vary.
Because each letter is sent through traditional mail, delivery times can occasionally vary — but that gentle anticipation is part of the experience, as a quiet moment of encouragement makes its way to your mailbox.

To keep The Faith Letter Club simple and affordable, each letter is mailed with standard postage. Because of this, tracking information is not included.

If your Faith Letter doesn’t arrive, please email us at thefaithletterclub@gmail.com and we’ll make it right. Mail can occasionally be delayed or returned, but we’re happy to resend your letter or help resolve the issue so you don’t miss out on your monthly encouragement.
If your letter hasn’t arrived within a reasonable delivery window, simply contact us and we’ll take care of the rest.
